  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing our website or using any Hubitat services (desks, cabins, meeting rooms, training rooms, recording studio, events), you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here (Privacy Policy and House Rules). If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

  2. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect on posting to this page with the Effective date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

  3. Eligibility
    You confirm you are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts. You are responsible for any actions by your guests.

  4. Accounts and Bookings
    You may book online, by phone, or in person. We may require a profile, valid contact details, and payment method.
    We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel bookings to protect safety, security, or operations. If we cancel for reasons not caused by you, we will refund any prepaid amounts for unused services.

  5. Prices, Payments, Taxes
    Prices are shown in Georgian Lari (GEL) unless stated otherwise on the booking page.
    Full prepayment is generally required to confirm a booking. Any unpaid balance is due before access.
    Fees may include VAT or applicable taxes as required by law. Price lists on the site may change at any time; confirmed bookings keep the price shown at checkout.

  6. Cancellations and Refunds
    Unless a different policy is displayed at checkout or in your confirmation:
    Day Pass or Desks (free or dedicated): cancel at least 12 hours before start for a full refund; later cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
    Meeting and Training Rooms: cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund; later cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
    Recording Studio: cancel at least 48 hours before start for a full refund; later cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
    Refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval. Administrative or third-party fees may be non-refundable.

  7. Credits, Memberships, and Bundles
    If we offer hour packs or memberships, credits are non-transferable, expire as stated at purchase, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Membership benefits apply only while your account is active and in good standing.

  8. Access and House Rules
    Opening hours are shown on the site; access outside those hours requires prior approval.
    Be respectful of others, keep noise to a reasonable level, use phone booths or cabins for calls when possible, and follow staff instructions.
    No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or hazardous materials on premises. Alcohol only with venue approval and legal age compliance.
    Keep your belongings safe; do not leave valuables unattended. You are responsible for damage you, your team, or guests cause.

  9. Meeting and Training Rooms
    Arrive and leave on time; setup and teardown must occur within your booking window.
    Do not exceed the stated room capacity.
    Leave the room tidy and return furniture and equipment to original positions. Additional cleaning or damage may incur fees.

  10. Recording Studio
    Use only with a confirmed booking and as instructed by staff.
    You are responsible for your content, compliance with copyright, likeness, and music licensing.
    Eating or drinking near sensitive equipment is prohibited. Damage caused by misuse may be charged at repair or replacement cost.
    If engineer or post-production services are added, they follow the scope stated on your order confirmation.

  11. Internet and IT Policy
    Wi-Fi is provided as available. Speed and uptime may vary.
    Do not engage in unlawful, harmful, or intrusive activities such as malware, DDoS, spamming, copyright infringement, or unauthorized access.
    We may block traffic that threatens security or service quality.

  12. Mail and Deliveries
    If we agree to receive mail or packages for you, we will take reasonable care but accept no liability for loss, delay, or damage. Uncollected items may be returned or disposed of after notice.

  13. Safety and Security
    For safety, the premises may use access controls and CCTV in common areas.
    Follow emergency procedures, health guidelines, and building rules.
    Children must be supervised at all times; pets only with prior approval and must not disturb others.

  14. Events
    Public or private events require prior approval. You are responsible for attendee conduct, permits if any, and compliance with noise and capacity limits.

  15. Property, Cleanliness, Damages
    You must keep your area clean and remove waste. You are liable for repair or replacement costs for damage you cause to the space, furniture, or equipment.

  16. Intellectual Property
    All website content, branding, photos, and materials are owned by Hubitat or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission. Your content remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it if you voluntarily share testimonials or media with us.

  17. Third-Party Services
    We may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools such as payment processors. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

  18. Disclaimer
    Services are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the space will meet your specific outcomes.

  19. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any lost profits, revenue, business interruption, data loss, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
    Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to Hubitat for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event.

  20. Indemnification
    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hubitat, its owners, and staff from claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the services, your content, your breach of these Terms or applicable law, or your negligence or willful misconduct.

  21. Privacy
    Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy available on the website. By using our services, you consent to that processing.

  22. Suspension or Termination
    We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, create a safety risk, or engage in unlawful activity. You may terminate at any time by stopping use; outstanding fees remain payable.

  23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect intellectual property or ensure safety.

  24. Severability and Waiver
    If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

  25. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including power outages, network failures, strikes, government actions, or severe weather.
